Edward M. Straw, Chairman of the Board

Chairman of the Board of Odyssey Logistics & Technology, Edward Straw brings to the company a distinguished career in logistics and management. The executive vice president of PRTM Management Consultants, a global operations strategy consulting firm, he is also the founder and managing partner of Ed Straw Partners, a venture capital firm. Prior to holding those posts, he was former president, Global Operations, of The Estée Lauder Companies.
Ed Straw has many years of experience developing and managing operations in both major corporations and the U.S. military. In his role at Estée Lauder, he led the manufacturing, research and development, information systems, package engineering, quality assurance and global supply chain (procurement, inventory management, and distribution) areas, which supported all 20 of the company’s global brands.
Before joining the Estée Lauder Companies, Straw was senior vice president, Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management at Compaq Computer Corporation, and president of Miami-based Ryder Integrated Logistics, Inc., a North American third party supply chain services provider. Prior to joining the private sector, he had a distinguished career with the U.S. Navy, retiring as a three-star Admiral in 1996.
Presently, Admiral Straw serves as Executive Vice President of PRTM Management Consultants and sits on the boards of Performance Equity Management, Panther Expedited Services, Capital Teas, LLC, SensorLogic, and is Chairman of Document Capture Technologies, Inc.
A graduate of the Naval War College, Straw holds a Masters of Business Administration from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the U.S. Naval Academy. He and his wife, Christine, reside in New York City and Annapolis, Maryland.
Robert H. Shellman, Chief Executive Officer and President

Robert Shellman is chief executive officer and president of Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation. As OL&T's founding executive, Shellman identified early on that the complexity and inefficiency of global logistics in the process industry inhibited the sector's ability to improve supply chain effectiveness. His vision for a solution to this strategic challenge blended technology, process management, and specialized technical expertise and forms the cornerstone of the OL&T services portfolio.
Prior to launching OL&T in 2003, Shellman served as president of UniGlobal Logistics, a third party services company with clients such as Shell Chemical, EQUATE (Kuwait) and Honeywell, as well as its parent, Union Carbide Corporation. Under his leadership, the company spearheaded the contract services concept and managed cargoes valued in excess of $8 billion on a global basis. Prior to leading UniGlobal, Shellman spent 19 years at Union Carbide, where he progressed through the ranks, amassing cross-functional experience in supply chain, operations and channel management with several of the company's branded product groups, including Eveready and Energizer (batteries), Prestone (automotive products) and Glad (home products).
Shellman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York, as well as a second Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Accounting from the C.W. Post College.
Raymond G. Maier, Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer - General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

An executive vice president of Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation, Raymond Maier also serves as chief administrative officer, general counsel and corporate secretary. As one of the OL&T founding executives, Maier was instrumental in establishing the business infrastructure supporting the Company's growth and global expansion. Today, he oversees legal affairs, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and other administrative functions including risk management and insurance.
Prior to joining OL&T, Maier was group counsel for Union Carbide Corporation, serving as general counsel for global chemical business units with sales in excess of $1.5 billion. Maier has more than 30 years of experience in providing legal counsel and services to businesses in a variety of fields, including electronics, industrial gases and, for more than 13 years, in the chemical industry. With extensive experience in corporate and international contexts, he has been lead counsel on numerous significant transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and financings in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Maier earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University, and J.D. and MBA degrees from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. He is a member of the bars of the States of New York and Connecticut.
Cosmo J. Alberico, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Cosmo Alberico serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer. In this role he manages all treasury, finance and accounting functions to support the company's global services growth. He lead the development of key metrics quantifying OL&T's service value in eliminating capital costs, creating network efficiencies and providing expert process management within the customer context.
A proven leader in running world class financial organizations, Alberico has extensive experience in all areas of financial management. His experience managing business performance metrics in a wide array of industries—manufacturing, telecommunications, professional services and technology—gives him exceptional insight into the challenges facing OL&T clients. Prior to joining OL&T in 2005, Alberico gained experience in building and running global finance teams in North America, Europe and the Far East with PepsiCo, DunsNet (a division of D&B), Sprint, and, most recently, System Management ARTS, where he oversaw an aggressive growth strategy resulting in a 400 percent net revenue increase over three years.
Alberico holds both an MBA and a Bachelor of Business degree from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York. Alberico currently serves as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Western Connecticut.
Richard McEvoy, Executive Vice President

In his role as executive vice president, Sales, Strategy and Customer Development at Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation, Richard McEvoy is facilitating the Company’s drive for significant growth across all markets. While integrating the Company’s various acquisitions, he is a major force in building a global organization.
In addition to launching and managing two businesses, Taunton Lake Strategy Consultants and Management Recruiters of Newtown, Inc, McEvoy has held senior management positions at The Michael Allen Company. A partner at the firm, he was responsible for approximately 25 percent of the Company's revenue. Prior to that, McEvoy held an Entrepreneurial Management position at Richardson Vicks, Inc., where he was identified as an innovator and chosen by the company’s president to start and develop a new company.
A team leader and sales generation innovator with more than 24 years of experience in strategy consulting, he has guided clients in the financial services (CitiBank, VISA), medical products (Mallinckrodt), insurance (CIGNA, AIG, MetLife, BCBSMA), chemicals (Union Carbide/DOW), food and beverage (Pepsi, Nabisco, J.M. Smucker) and household products (Schick) industries.
McEvoy holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Brown University.
