Small Package Services
OL&T's expertise is deep, extending into packaging and shipping in the small revenue package sales arena. Clients can leverage the services provided by our Chemical Marketing Concepts (CMC) subsidiary to support their small package sales. CMC also manages prices to retain revenue above packaging and freight costs. All shipments—hazardous and non-hazardous—are packaged, labeled and documented according to our clients' specifications and shipped within 24 hours.
In the U.S.
OL&T's small package services enhance the capacity of our clients' customer service groups from our multiple locations and in a variety of ways. Orders can be forwarded to us for fulfillment by our clients' staff, submitted to us over our clients' dedicated order entry systems—we provide shipment details and generate invoices—or taken and processed by us via our own customer service center—we take credit cards. In each case, OL&T frees our clients' customer service representatives from taking small orders while eliminating those orders from their in-house order processing system.
In Europe
Our facility in The Netherlands enables clients to transfer orders to our customer service department for packaging. Additionally, our team of experts will process the orders, fulfilling the customs documentation necessary to move your shipments on time. Simultaneously, CMC's accounting group issues invoices, including any VATs. Leveraging our Web-based systems, we collect and transmit funds to our clients' accounts.
