Ray has more than 30 years of experience in providing legal counsel and services to businesses in a variety of fields, including electronics, industrial gases and, for more than 13 years, in the chemical industry. With extensive experience in corporate and international contexts, he has been lead counsel on numerous significant transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and financings in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Ray earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University, and J.D. and MBA degrees from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. He is a member of the State Bars of New York and Connecticut.
