OL&T and Nalco Company Sign 5-Year Agreement

Danbury, CT. August 11, 2008 – Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation, a global logistics and transportation service provider for chemical and process industries, announces that Nalco Company (NYSE:NLC) has signed a five-year contract for Odyssey to provide Managed Logistics Services for Nalco’s North American transportation and distribution network.  The agreement covers all modes of commercial transportation for Nalco.  Additionally, Odyssey will deploy its Odyssey Global Logistics Platform(SM) to provide visibility and optimization and to facilitate the drive for continuous improvement.  Nalco is recognized as the world’s leading integrated water treatment and process improvement company.Bob Shellman, Odyssey’s President and CEO, said:  “We are very excited about this agreement to service Nalco in North America.  Their complex mix of transportation requirements and services is an excellent match for our network.  We are extremely pleased to have been selected for this multi year engagement.”
