How to enter: A self-photo must be submitted with your entry using the form on this page. All pictures and content must be business appropriate, cannot include any unsafe or illegal items, or any third-party persons.
Eligibility: Entry submissions only accepted from Odyssey company drivers 21 years of age or older  for Odyssey Logistics & Technology (or its subsidiaries: Odyssey Specialized Logistics LLC (dba Area Transportation), RPM Consolidated Services, Inc., American Fast Freight
Sweepstakes period: Submissions will be accepted until September 11, 2023.

Prizes: A total of five prizes will be distributed. Prizes and retail values: Yeti Base Camp Chair, $300.00, Yeti 8 Soft Cooler, $200.00, Solo Stove Bonfire 2.0, $249.99, Solo Stove Pi Pizza Oven, $399.99, Solo Stove Wave Tabletop Fire Bowl, $99.99. Total Prize value: $1,249.97.
Winner selection: 5 winners will be selected at random. Winner(s) announced on Odyssey’s social media channels during NTDAW (September 10-16, 2023). All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Odyssey Logistics, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to Odyssey to use winner’s name, and likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

Submission Terms: As a condition of entering Odyssey’s National Truck Driver Appreciation Week (NTDAW) 2023 sweepstakes and by making a photo submission(s), I agree to accept the following terms and conditions. I hereby give Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation, its subsidiaries, and affiliates and its and their successors and assigns, and those acting with the authority and permission of Odyssey (“Odyssey”), the unrestricted right and permission to copyright in its own name, and use, reuse, publish, and republish photographic portraits, videos, pictures, and/or recordings of me and/or my voice or in which I may be included intact or in part (the “Materials”), in any form of media now known or hereafter developed, including electronic or digital media, in composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, and made through any medium now or hereafter used in connection with Odyssey and its business pertaining to Odyssey’s National Truck Driver Appreciation Week (NTDAW) 2023 Sweepstakes. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the Materials or any advertising or editorial copy or other printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or any use to which the Materials may be applied under this release. I acknowledge that all Materials and other documents associated therewith are the property of Odyssey and will not be returned to me. I hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless Odyssey, and those acting under the permission or authority of Odyssey, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking or recording of said Materials or any subsequent processing thereof, as well by any publication thereof, including without limitation, any claims for libel, violation of a right to publicity, or invasion of privacy. I represent that entering into this agreement does not violate any commitment I have to any third party, that before signing this document, I have read it completely and understand it, and that I am bound by this release, as is anyone who succeeds to my responsibilities and rights, and my heirs or assigns. Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof.
