Hans Stig Moller

Chief Executive Officer

Hans Stig Moller is a 20-year industry veteran focused on accelerating Odyssey’s growth initiatives. He has held leadership positions at Maersk and ultimately became CEO and President of its subsidiary Bridge Terminal Transport’s (BTT). He led BTT as XPO Drayage and managed the transition to XPO Intermodal. Hans holds a B.S in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in the U.S. and completed the Young Managers Administration Program from INSEAD in France. He is a past board member of many industry associations and organizations.

Michael Pozzi

Chief Financial Officer

Mike Pozzi heads Odyssey’s corporate finance team, leading planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, M&A execution, and investor relations. Prior to joining Odyssey, Mike served as Director for Stifel, a diversified global wealth management and investment banking company, in its Transportation and Logistics Investment Banking division. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in accountancy and finance from Villanova University. Mike is also a CPA in the state of New York.

Glenn Riggs

Chief Strategy Officer

Glenn Riggs is a founding member of Odyssey with nearly three decades of industry experience. He is responsible for Corporate Strategy, M&A, Engineering, HSE&S, and Procurement for FTL, Rail and Facilities within Odyssey’s Managed Service business. Glenn adds powerful expertise in the operations of all transport modes and delivers specialized knowledge in industry data and optimization modeling. In the past, he held increasingly responsible positions at Union Carbide Corporation and The Dow Chemical company. Glenn holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.

Omar Shamsie

Chief Commercial Officer

Omar Shamsie is a 30-year industry veteran and serves as Odyssey’s chief commercial officer, responsible for driving strategic sales growth, vertical market development, and cross-sell initiatives to deepen customer relationships and drive new business.

Prior to joining Odyssey, he spent most of his career in global leadership positions at Maersk, most recently as Managing Director of Maersk in Canada, and before that as President of Maersk Line in North America. Omar attended the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Duke University in North Carolina and an Executive Leadership Program (SEP) at Stanford University in California.

Laura Sheehy

Chief Human Resources Officer

Laura Sheehy has more than 25 years of broad-ranging Human Resources and is responsible for the entire Human Resources function of Odyssey. She oversees talent acquisition, management, development, employee relations, benefits, and compensation. Laura previously served as Director, Global Talent Acquisition at Subway, Head of Human Resources at SAI Systems International, and held a variety of other HR positions in diverse industries. Laura earned a B.S., Magna cum Laude, from the University of Bridgeport and she serves on the board of the Junior Achievement of Western Connecticut.

Maneet Singh

Chief Informations Officer

Maneet Singh has more than 20 years of IT experience and focuses on spanning strategy, project delivery, M&A, risk management and global team leadership. He is responsible for Odyssey’s technology and cybersecurity strategy, managing Global IT operations, and leading major IT transformation to support growth initiatives. Maneet has held leadership roles at Snap One, Delek USA, XPO Logistics, Emerson Electric, Harris Communications and Cap Gemini. Maneet earned a B.T. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay and an MBA in Information Management from Washington University’s Olin Business School in St. Louis.

Michael Ziomek

Chief Operating Officer

Michael Ziomek is a 30-year veteran overseeing Odyssey operations for 82 global locations and a workforce of more than 2,000 employees. He has held leadership roles in supply chain logistics, warehousing and distribution across many industries. Prior to joining Odyssey, he was COO at Highline Warren/Pritzker Private Capital. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from the University of San Francisco. He is also Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) and American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

Robert Boyle

President, Managed Services Division

Robert has over 19 years’ of experience as a logistics professional, utilizing his project management and supply chain expertise to focus on technological and digital enhancements to platforms that enhance the customer experience and deliver value to the end-user. He is responsible for global oversight of Odyssey’s Managed Services, including sampling, consulting and optimization services, freight payment, and procurement for our global customers.
