Chief Executive Officer

Hans Stig Moller is a 20-year industry veteran focused on accelerating Odyssey’s growth initiatives. He has held leadership positions at Maersk and ultimately became CEO and President of its subsidiary Bridge Terminal Transport’s (BTT). He led BTT as XPO Drayage and managed the transition to XPO Intermodal. Hans holds a B.S in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in the U.S. and completed the Young Managers Administration Program from INSEAD in France. He is a past board member of many industry associations and organizations.

Chief Commercial Officer

Bill Heaney brings more than 20 years of global and regional sales leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving growth and developing high-performing sales organizations. As Chief Commercial Officer, Bill oversees efforts to drive growth by deepening customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and pursuing strategic opportunities.
Prior to Odyssey, he held executive sales roles at Cargomatic, DB Schenker, DHL Global Forwarding, and APL Logistics, where he contributed to aggressive growth and developed strong sales organizations.

Michael Pozzi

Chief Financial Officer

Mike Pozzi heads Odyssey’s corporate finance team, leading planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, M&A execution, and investor relations. Prior to joining Odyssey, Mike served as Director for Stifel, a diversified global wealth management and investment banking company, in its Transportation and Logistics Investment Banking division. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in accountancy and finance from Villanova University. Mike is also a CPA in the state of New York.

Maneet Singh

Chief Information Officer

Maneet Singh has more than 20 years of IT experience and focuses on spanning strategy, project delivery, M&A, risk management and global team leadership. He is responsible for Odyssey’s technology and cybersecurity strategy, managing Global IT operations, and leading major IT transformation to support growth initiatives. Maneet has held leadership roles at Snap One, Delek USA, XPO Logistics, Emerson Electric, Harris Communications and Cap Gemini. Maneet earned a B.T. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay and an MBA in Information Management from Washington University’s Olin Business School in St. Louis and serves on the board of Autism Services of Mecklenburg County, Inc.

Lisa Yankie

Chief Human Resources Officer

Lisa Yankie brings over 25 years of Human Resources experience and leads Odyssey’s human capital strategy. Focused on building top-tier teams that drive Odyssey’s vision and growth strategy, Lisa oversees talent acquisition, management, development, employee relations, benefits, and compensation globally. Before joining Odyssey, she held leadership roles at Ford Motor Company, Bank of America, SPX FLOW, Domtar, and Dentsply Sirona. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University. She also contributes to her community as a Board member of Veterans Bridge Home (VBH) in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Michael Ziomek

Chief Operating Officer

Michael Ziomek is a 30-year veteran overseeing Odyssey operations for 82 global locations and a workforce of more than 2,000 employees. He has held leadership roles in supply chain logistics, warehousing and distribution across many industries for companies such as Clorox, Ingram Micro Logistics, Vantiva Supply Chain Solutions, Smith & Nephew and Rite Aid. Prior to joining Odyssey, he was COO at Highline Warren/Pritzker Private Capital. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

President, Managed Services Division

Robert has over 19 years’ of experience as a logistics professional, utilizing his project management and supply chain expertise to focus on technological and digital enhancements to platforms that enhance the customer experience and deliver value to the end-user. He is responsible for global oversight of Odyssey’s Managed Services, including sampling, consulting and optimization services, freight payment, and procurement for our global customers.

Zach Martin serves as the SVP, Intermodal Division at Odyssey Logistics, where he brings more than 13 years of expertise in domestic and international intermodal logistics. Formerly leading intermodal teams across North America for a global forwarder, Zach now directs Odyssey’s intermodal operations strategy, focusing on expanding the company’s intermodal footprint and delivering best-in-class customer experiences. Known for his strategic acumen and commitment to operational excellence, Zach’s leadership continues to drive growth and innovation within Odyssey, cementing its position as a leader in the industry.

President, Integrated Marine Logistics Division

Jason Totah is the division president of Integrated Marine Logistics at Odyssey, where he is responsible for expanding and diversifying Odyssey’s global footprint, service capabilities, and customer base. Based in Seattle, Jason is a 35-year industry veteran who brings diverse experience across 3PL, air freight, operations management, and global logistics. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University.
