Odyssey’s Kapolei refrigeration footprint includes:
- Temperature-controlled rooms: candy room (~600 sq ft at +60°F), chill room (~4,000 sq ft at +38°F), and freezer room (~2,000 sq ft at -10°F)
- Dry floor space: ~20,000 sq ft to support mixed programs
- Refrigerated LTL consolidation: storage and shipping at 34°F
- Cross-docking options: reduce handling time for perishables by moving product inbound-to-outbound
- Throughput support: yard capacity for up to 20 containers and 15 loading docks
