Yankie will lead human capital strategy to support broader Odyssey growth plans
September 17, 2024 – Odyssey Logistics, a global leader in logistics and technology solutions, announced Lisa Yankie has joined the executive team as Chief Human Resources Officer. Yankie brings over 25 years of experience and will lead the evolution of Odyssey’s human capital strategy, helping the company attract and retain the talent to support its accelerated growth plans and navigating the transition to a unified Odyssey brand.

As Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Yankie will drive the company’s human resources strategy and operations, overseeing talent management, recruitment, leadership development, compensation and benefits, cultural transformation, and employment brand. Her top priorities as CHRO include reinforcing Odyssey’s top-tier teams advancing the company’s people-first work culture.
Lisa comes to Odyssey having previously held leadership roles at Ford Motor Company, Bank of America, SPX FLOW, Domtar and Dentsply Sirona. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in human resources and labor relations from Michigan State University, and serves on the board of Veterans Bridge Home (VBH) in Charlotte, N.C.
