CHARLOTTE, NC  — August 17, 2026 — Odyssey Logistics, a global leader in multimodal logistics and global supply chain solutions, announced today that Jennifer Hatseras, Director of Human Resources, is a winner of the 2026 Women in Supply Chain Award by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive.

The annual award recognizes female leaders across the supply chain whose achievements and mentorship open doors for employees at every level of their organizations.

“This is a well-deserved honor for one of our leaders,” said Hans Stig Moller, CEO of Odyssey Logistics. “Jennifer represents the best of who we are at Odyssey and helps make us both a better place to work and a better partner for our customers. She reflects the strength of the team we’re building as One Odyssey.”

Hatseras, who leads HR for Odyssey’s Intermodal and Transport & Warehouse divisions, was recognized in the DEI Pioneer category for advancing diversity, equity and inclusion through data-driven workforce equity initiatives. She identified and addressed pay gaps, expanded employee development and goal-setting programs, and created manager training to strengthen team coaching.

“This award isn’t just a way to honor females in supply chain. It’s a representation of progress, it’s a symbol of growth, and it’s a way to celebrate achievements of all women in the supply chain who continue to pave the way for the next generation,” says Marina Mayer, editor-in-chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive and co-founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum™. “Of the 300-plus submissions received, 70 of them were self-submissions, the highest number of self-nominated applications ever in the history of this award. And, 44 of the submissions received were from male counterparts, also the highest number of male-submitted applications to date. This year’s list of winners entails females making a difference in the supply chain, and I’m honored to share their journeys.”

This award reflects Odyssey’s continued commitment to developing emerging leaders and strengthening the talent needed to support a more resilient global supply chain.
